Obituary For Mr. Tom Mallory

Mr. Tom Mallory was born on November 11, 1968, to the late Hershel Lee Mallory Sr. and Lola Byrd-Mallory in Spalding County, Georgia. He received his formal education from Griffin High School, graduating in the class of 1986.

Mr. Mallory accepted Christ as his savior at an early age. He was united with Antioch Baptist Church where he sung in the choir and he was an Usher at the church. Mr. Mallory was a member and attended Relevant Church in Locust Grove, GA. Mr. Mallory was a strong hard-working man. He was more than generous, very well respected and well known in the community. He was always helping others in need and giving back to his community. He would give you the shirt off of his back. Outside of working, Mr. Mallory loved spending time with children, grandchildren, family and friends, having family gatherings, traveling, he loved trying different restaurants that had great outside eating areas.

Mr. Mallory learned several trades about construction that was passed down from his dad Mr. Hershel Lee Mallory Sr. in the early 1960s. Mr. Mallory started his business career in construction in the early 90s as Malloy

Contracting Inc., during this time he also became a realtor. In 2011, he started Mallory TK Contracting which closed in 2024 and reopened in 2024 as Mallory TM Contracting LLC. Mr. Mallory made sure he poured the same wisdom into his sons and grandkids, making sure that they knew everything about the construction business. Mr. Mallory was a well-known businessman that was always smiling, laughing and working hard.

On Saturday, September 28, 2024, Mr. Mallory passed away peacefully around his loving family. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Mr. Hershel Lee Mallory Sr. and Mrs. Lola Byrd-Mallory; three brothers, Mr. David Mallory, Sr., Mr. Albert Byrd and Mr. Hershel Lee Mallory Jr., two sisters, Shirley Byrd Raines and Betty Byrd-Williams.

Mr. Tom Mallory leaves to cherish his warm loving memories to his four children, Roderiquez Mallory (Laneeka), Javious Mallory, Tamaria Mallory, Precious Evans and one bonus child Talynn Spear; seven grandchildren, Amir Mallory, Jeremiah Mallory, Roderiquez Mallory Jr., Carsyn Mallory, Jhavianna Mallory, Zhanie Mallory and Adrian Grier; two sisters, Dorthy McKnight, Pamela M. Jester; five brothers, Larry Mallory, John Mallory, Michael (Lisa) Mallory, Rydel Mallory, Shederick (Veanisha) Mallory. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, several close cousins and other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
