Obituary For Mr. Frank Welcome

Mr. Frank Welcome of Panama City, Florida entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 25th in the Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was 92 years old.

He leaves treasured memories with his wife, Lenora Fern Christy Welcome of Panama City, Florida; one son, William Baker of Lynn Haven, Florida; two stepdaughters, Tracine Denise Hamilton and Estelle Christy both of Bridgeport, CN; one sister, Rosa Lee Welcome of Tallahassee, Florida; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be Monday, October 14th at 11am at New Beginning Assembly of the Saints in Panama City with Bishop Lonnie Mitchell, Sr. and Reverend Dwight Woods officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Battle Mortuary of Panama City, FL.

To My dear uncle Frank Welcome, you have always been in my life and I am greatful for all you did for my mom Rosa Welcome, Gloria Welcome, Sears Welcome and your parents John Henry and Ella Russ Welcome. May God bless Aunt Fern, your wife and your three kids. Thanks William/our Snapper Jack for all you have done. My uncle was unique but I loved him.
