Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Perry-Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. The family will receive friends Monday, September 30, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Mary D. Perry Memorial Chapel of Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. with funeral service beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Sammy Lee and I were neighbors for almost four years; I must say that he was a wonderful, friendly,neighbor. Sammy was always helpful and kind & considerate to all of us. It is with great sadness on learning of his death; he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. May Sammy Lee rest in peace is my prayer. Mary Reese
