Victor E. Nash, Jr.

Victor Nash, Jr. was born on April 7, 1938, to the late Minnie Black Nash and the late Victor Nash, Sr. in
Spartanburg County. He was affectionately known to those who knew him as "Sneeze"; He was an easy-going man of few words with a humble, kindred spirit. He retired from Draper and was a trustee at Shiloh Baptist Church of Pauline, SC.


Left to cherish loving memories are: his wife, Elder Louise Thomas Nash of the home; daughter Benita
Jennings Harris, son Frederick (Elaine) Nash, daughter Stephanie (Danny) Goode all of Union, SC; sisters, Minnie L. Peake and Grace Barksdale both of Pauline, SC, brothers, Ernest Nash of Chesnee, SC, Charles Nash of Spartanburg, SC, Nathaniel (Shirley Mae) Nash of Union, SC, Reverend Deso Nash of Pauline, SC,and Curtis (Minnie) Nash of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren Sheena Jennings of Summerville, SC, Shera (James) Hardy, LaToya McBeth, both of Spartanburg, SC, Victor Goode, Alexus Goode, and Malik (Vanessa) Harris all of Union, SC; great grandchildren, Hasan Hardy “Zy”;Tavius Barfield, Zada Rice, Jamiya Hardy, Saniya Hardy of Spartanburg, SC, Shekeem Jennings, De;Avion Goode, Nevaeh Goode, Kayden Harris, Miles Harris, and Ace Goode all of Union, SC; great great grandchild Ky’San Hardy; uncle, Izell (Reverend Bessie) Black of Spartanburg, SC, sister-in-law, Coleen Nash of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.


He was predeceased, along with his parents, by a brother, George Nash Sr., sister, Lillie Bell Jackson,
sister-in-law, Lucille T. Nash, brother-in-law, Reverend J. Lewis Peake, Benjamin Thomas, and son-in-law
Ulysses Ezell "Lil Man" Harris.


He entered eternal rest on Friday night, September 20, 2024, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Heritage Memorial Gardens.
