Obituary For Luvenia Holmes Franks

Mrs. Luvenia Holmes Franks, age 82, of Neighborhood Circle in Clinton SC earned her Heavenly Wings on September 22, 2024. She was surrounded by loved ones at the Hospice of Laurens in Clinton.

She leaves to carry on her memories, her husband George Franks, Jr. of the home; two daughters : Jessie Mae Scurry and Lisa Booker both of Clinton, two brothers: Osiris Shabazz and Bobby Copeland nine grandchildren: Iris Sullivan, Kendra Scurry, George “June-J” Scurry, Marcus Scurry, Luvenia Thompson, Larry Scurry Jr., Bridgette Clark and Denise Thompson , twenty great grandchildren , 9 great great grandchildren , two sister in laws; Joanne Calhoun Holmes and Ruby Turner; brother in law; Fred (Dollie) Lewis and many other loving relatives and friends.

The Celebration of Life was held on Saturday September 28,2024 in the Child Funeral Home Chapel, Clinton SC. Her final resting place is in her church cemetery- Fairview AME Church, Clinton,SC
