Obituary For Virgil Lamar Lewis, Jr.

Mr. Virgil Lamar Lewis was born on July 8, 1969 to the late Virgil Lamar Lewis, Sr. and Pearline Charles Morgan. He departed this life on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at the age of 55.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Clifford R. Morgan, Ira Bell Charles, Rhodele and Catherine Lewis; two uncles Jabo Morgan and Robert Morgan.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his son Michael A. Robinson of Valdosta, Ga.; four loving sisters: Tammy Flannigan, Mary Flannigan, Nichole Lewis Cooper all of Valdosta, Ga., LaTrell (Anthony) Lewis of Augusta, Ga.; five grandchildren all of Valdosta, Ga.; a very special aunt: Laverne Hicks of Valdosta, Ga.; his favorite nephew Trishawn Flannigan of Valdosta, Ga.; a host of loving cousins: Romona Hawkins, Marcus Morgan, Teshia Morgan, Ron Morgan, Tevin Morgan, Trishawn Morgan, Fantasia Nas Je Morgan all of Valdosta, Ga. Tara Harris of Alabama, Ga., Tamara Morgan of Alpharetta, Ga., Bre Morgan of Savannah, Ga.; special friends David Harris of Valdosta, Ga and Lamar Taylor of Jacksonville, FL, and other relatives and friends.

Celebration of life for Mr. Virgil Lamar Lewis, Jr. will be held on Saturday, September 21 at 11:00 A.M. at Scott and Roberts Mortuary Chapel Rev. Norman Edwards will officiate.
