I have fond memories of Mother Powe dating back in the '80s under Elder Owen Smith at University Church of God in Christ on Osceola and Poppy street in Tallahassee Florida. She was an example of how godly women should carry themselves. She was also a prayer warrior. I appreciate her many years of how she modeled her love for God to many. May God continue to give her family strength, peace, and comfort during this time.
