Obituary For Mr.Junior Kendall

Mr. Junior Kendall was born on August 12, 1965 to the late Mrs. Minnie Ruth Middlebrooks and the late Mr. Lucious Kendall in Logtown Community, Upson County, Georgia. He was educated in the public school of Upson County.

He grew up like most men during his time. When he became of age to work, he found employment to help support the family. He worked several jobs and lastly at Standard Textiles as a forklift driver.

He was the father of six children and the grandfather of twelve. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren. He was a long-time companion, twenty-five years, to Ms. Kenya Acey.

During his leisure time, he enjoyed fishing, watching football, playing games on his phone and spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded by his parents and one grandchild, Lyrical Acey. On Sunday, August 25, 2024, the Lord called his name. He answered the call and his spirit took flight and returned to the Heavenly Father.

He is survived by a devoted friend, Ms. Kenya Acey of Thomaston, GA; six children, Mr. Damien Kendall, Ms. Jessica Kendall, Ms. Brittney Acey, Mr. Ty Acey and Ms. Kierra Acey all of Thomaston, GA; Ms. Taquera "Shea" Smith of Columbus, GA; thirteen grandchildren, Kemauria, Ahzyein, Kamyah, Kayden, Kaleese, Kemori, Saniah, Chi-yai, Jayceon, A'Kyian, Aspen, Lyric and Amelia; a friend who was more like a mother figure, Ms. Elaine Dees of Thomaston, GA; other special friends include, Ms. Denise King, Mr. Ray Holloway and Mr. Ralph Dickey; aunts and uncles include, Mrs. Lena Murchison of Atlanta, GA, Mrs. Mildred Dawson and Mr. Curtis Dawson both of Thomaston, GA; a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
