Mr. Willie Charles Holden, of Donalsonville, Georgia, formerly of Marianna, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at his residence.

Homegoing Celebration of Life services was held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM from the sanctuary of New Galilee Missionary Baptist Church located at 2155 Hwy 73 South in Marianna, Florida 32448 where the Reverend Stephen Andrews is the pastor and the Reverend Eddie Bowers, officiated.

Interment was in the Jerusalem AME Church Cemetery located on Lillie Lane in Marianna, Florida.

Mr. Holden lie in repose at the church from 9:00 AM until time for the service.

A public viewing was held on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Four Daughters: Yolanda (Lamarion) Holden Winchester, Kimberly (Derek) Holden Harvey, Christina Holden, and Shandan Holden all of Marianna, Florida

Four Sons: Willie Charles Holden, Jr. and Justin Holden both of Washington, D.C; Jeremiah Holden and Nickalist Lang both of Marianna, Florida

And a host of grandchildren, sister, brother, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
