Minister Elsie Bass Noel, 89, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024.

Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 305 S. Old Halifax Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 with Pastor Milton V. Batts, officiating. Entombment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

Visitation 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount., NC 27801.
