Mrs. Velma Ann Wiggins, affectionately known as “Punkin”, was born February 23, 1959, to the late George Edward McCarthy Sr. and Sarah Francis McCarthy of Monroeville, Alabama. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Felix Wiggins.

She is survived by her children Steven McCarthy of Atmore, AL., LiKetra McCarthy Crenshaw (Leon) of Atmore, AL., Angela Baldwin Presley (Greg) of Monroeville, AL., Latarsha Baldwin Hayes (Anthony) of Monroeville, AL., Joseline Wiggins of Mobile AL; Sister and Brothers, Patricia Davis of Monroeville, AL., George McCarthy Jr. and Edgar (Celynn) McCarthy both of Atmore, AL, John (Jackie) McCarthy and John Robert McCarthy both of Monroeville, AL., Woodrow (Arlene) McCarthy of Moss Point, MS, James Patrick of Peterman, AL, and Calvin (Robin) Green of Brewton, AL; host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
