Gwendolyn Niblett, 69 of Martinsville, VA passed Tuesday, August 6, 2024. Public viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday, August 12, 2024 at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Mary D. Perry Memorial Chapel of Perry & Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m.

WE ARE IN CALIFORNIA AND JUST RECEIVED THE MESSAGE 8 DAYS AFTER SERVICES NESY HAS BEEN MY BELOVED FRIEND SINCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL JUST TALKED TO HER A FEW WEEKS BACK AND SHE WAS TELLING ME SHE HAD BEEN CALLED TO THE MINISTRY, AND HOW HAPPY SHE WAS EVEN THO WE LIVE SO MANY MILES AWAY IT DIDNT KEEP HER FROM CHECKING ON ME. I WILL FOREVER TREASURE ALL THE BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES WE SHARED.SHES THE ONLY CLASSMATE THAT REALLY CALLED ME RITA MY HEART IS SO HEAVY EVEN THOUGH WE WERE FAR APART OUR FRIENDSHIP HAS LASTED MANY AYEARS AND THE LOVE WILL ALWAYS BE. LAST WE TALKED YOU WAS GOING TOO MAKE ME LASANGA WHEN I COME HOME. YOU HAVE NEVER EVER CHANGED ALL THESE YEARS YOUR KINDNESS AND YOUR LOVING SPIRIT TOO ALL YOU MET,, NO ONE ELSE WILL EVER BE ABLE TO REPLACE YOU IN ANY WAY BECAUSE SHE WAS ONE OF A KIND YOU LEFT A BEAUTIFUL LEGACY !
