Growing up I just always knew her to be cousin Hoya as grandma Alice used to call her. A bright, smiling face in the Wake Forest community. A good comrade to my big cousin Annie Pearl. My cchildren got to know her through our attendance at Friendship Chapel and regular visits to Wake Forest. She is greatly missed. Take your rest Ms Hoya. Linda Merritt Davis Hunter

We The Wiggins Family send our prayers for a wonderful woman life that lived her story. She kept the faith and ran the race, she honored God, children, grandchildren, family and friends. Her smile and the love she put into her cakes were made and shown with buckets of love. Queen Hoya, your crown has been worn well and now you can rejoice with the father until that great getting up morning.
