Obituary For Dorothy Ann Mask

Mrs. Dorothy Ann Ager Mask, 86, of Shelby, NC peacefully transitioned on July 18, 2024 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. She was born on November 3, 1937 in Cleveland County, NC to the late William Fountain Ager, Sr. and the late Frances Louise Hoyle Ager.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Shiloh Baptist Church, Shelby, NC at 11:30 a.m. Burial will take place at Webb Memorial Lawns. The reception of friends and family will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the church on Saturday.

I am so sad to lose my adopted mother she a great mother aunt friend to everyone who has crossed her path. We all grew up on Buffalo Street My sister and I spent a lot at their house. Kenny and I were like brothers. Remember the apple tree shooting basket and Mr Ager letting set in his favorite chair (I was the only one that could set in that chair)Ann will be sure missed.
