Calvin Darrell Franklin was born on December 28, 1977, in Shelby County, Memphis, TN. To the parents of Mr. Calvin Franklin and Mrs. Linda K. Franklin.

Calvin was born into a military family and had the opportunity to travel to Hanua, Germany and many other stateside army post.

He had a love for music and would dance with joy especially when joined by family and friends. Calvin was a fan of the L.A. Lakers and the Memphis Grizzes.

Calvin leaves to cherish his memories, his father and mother; Calvin Franklin and Linda Franklin of Augusta, Ga.; brother, Christopher D. Franklin, of Rome, GA., sister, Sonya L. Franklin of Augusta, GA., a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, other relatives and loving friends.
