Obituary For Oscar Lee Priestley

Mr. Oscar Lee Priestley, age 78, of Pine Street Clinton, SC earned his Heavenly Wings on Saturday June 29,2024. He was surrounded by loved ones at Prisma Health of Laurens County Hospital.

Mr. Priestley was born on May 1,1946 in Luarens County to the late James E. and Mattie L. Priestley. He attended Bell Street High School and was a diligent employee of the Torrington Company as well as Gold Bond. After retirement; Oscar enjoyed bowling, fishing, and playing bingo.

He will be missed by his wife Vickie Conway Priestley of the home, sons: Timothy Priestley of Laurens, Rodney (Asia) Conway of Chapin, Dwayne Conway of Cross Hill and Eric Conway of Clinton; daughters: Michelle (Lonnie) Young of Clinton, Yolanda (Stacy) Chaney of Sevierville,TN, Tarnikia Priestley and Sherry Conway both of Clinton; his siblings: Darius Priestley of Spartanburg, Rosie and Susan Priestley both of Clinton; eighteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.

The Celebration of Life was held Saturday July 6,2024 in the Childs Funeral Home Chapel .
