He is survived by his children, Anetrice Peavy, Samuel Peavy (Anna),Brandon Peavy, Ambrose Peavy S.r.; siblings, Hammie Peavy, Kathrine Peavy and Ruth Stokling; a devoted ex-wife, Verniece Peavy; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
