It was with deepest sorrow that Lavender's Funeral Service announced the passing of MRS. GYPSIE ANN KNOX, 79 of Gordo, Alabama on Friday, May 31, 2024 at her residence.

There was NO PUBLIC VISITATION for Mrs. Gypsie Ann Knox at Lavenderโ€™s Funeral Service.

THE HOME GOING CELEBRATION HONORING THE LIFE & LEGACY of Mrs. Gypsie Ann Knox, of Gordo, Alabama was Saturday, June 8, 2024, 1:00PM at New Home Baptist Church, 412 1st Ave. West, Gordo, AL. The body of Mrs. Knox DID NOT lie in state in the church prior to the service.

INTERMENT followed the service at Linebarger Cemetery in Gordo, AL. Reverend Wayne Davis is The Pastor of New Home Baptist Church. Reverend Dr. Lenoise Richey, Pastor of New Canaan Baptist Church in Aliceville, Alabama was the Eulogist.
