Funeral service for Cheryl Comer, 66, of Opelika, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 31, 2024, at New Life Christian Center, 2051 West Point Parkway, Opelika, AL 36801 with interment in Garden Hills Cemetery, 1218 Frederick Road, Opelika, AL 36801, Pastor Auzzie Comer will officiate.

Mrs. Comer, who passed away Friday, May 24, 2024 at her home in Opelika, AL, was born December 7, 1957, in Macon County, Alabama.

The family will be present to receive guests and present a special memorial tribute, Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Harris Funeral Home.

Her memories will live in the hearts of: her husband, Apostle Auzzie Comer of Opelika, AL; one aunt, Virginia Daniel of Pittsboro, NC; three sisters-in-law, Shirley (Roy) Eiland, Theresa Robinson and Marilyn (Wiley) Cochran all of Opelika, AL; three brothers-in-law, Milton (Rita) Comer, Rudolph (Anita) Comer both of Opelika, AL and Royelle (Terry) Comer of Montgomery, AL; God-given friends, Diane Robertson and Carol Jackson; two god-daughters, Belinda Anderson and Cherith Beth Winters; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, New Life Christian Center Family and many special friends.
