Funeral Services for Mrs. Doris Almond Goode 70, of Vienna GA will be held Thursday May 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Dooly County High School Gymnasium , Vienna GA. Interment in the Vienna City Cemetery Vienna.

At the family’s request public viewing will not be held for Mrs. Doris Goode. The family will receive visitors at the residence, 410 Andrews Street in Vienna Wednesday May 29, 2024 from 4-9.

Professional Services are entrusted to Coes Funeral Home of Unadilla.

Doris, Gail Hawkins, and I left home a week after high school graduation heading to Atlanta in 1972. We had had fun and stuck together for many years until we all followed our own paths. I saw my friend very seldom after she returned home, but she's always been in my heart. I was shocked to see she had passed away today! My condolences go out to all her children and family members. I pray that comfort from above will give us all strength needed at this sad time.
