She is survived by her children, Richard Neal, Donna Simmons (Timothy), Reginald Neal (Alisha), Derek Neal (Alanda) and Maurice Neal; siblings, Eula Foster (McKinley), Martha Brown, Mary Green, Aaron Brown, Madeline Rogers, Neal Robinson, Dianne Thomas and Amis Brown; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
