Public visitation will be held on Friday May 17, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Westhaven Funeral Home, 3580 Robinson Rd. Jackson, MS 39209.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 18, 2024, 1:00 p.m., Greater Bethlehem Temple Apostolic Church, 1505 Robinson Rd. Jackson, MS 39209. Burial will be held in Garden Memorial Park, 8001 Highway 49 N. Jackson, MS 39209.

He was a very humble and God-fearing man. He was like a mentor/father figure to me, he always was there for me with advice. Love you and he will definitely be missed. I'll keep him and his family in my prayer.

Our hearts are saddened at loss of this cousin. My most impressive memory of Felix is several years ago I saw him in a parking lot and he boldly said "Like Job, Though he slay me, yet will I trust him". I absolutely loved hearing this from a young man. His mother, Lola, was my first cousin. My father, Lonnie Gipson was brother of his grandfather, A.C. Gipson.
