Charles Brown is a common name. If Mr. Brown is the son Ms. Brown that lived in Logan Street between 1970 and 1990. He was a Very Nice man, a good son to his mother & a good Dad. To the Brown Family my Sincere Sympathy for the loss of their loved one. RIP & IF there's Big Wheel Trucks (18) in Heaven always blow the horn and flash those lights. We kids loved it when you truckers gave us that thrill. Blessings to Everyone 🙏🏽
