I first met Mr Dupree in Quitman Ga he taught 9th grade French and Spanish I was in his Spanish Class. Shortly after that he started a small Boat company Dupree Fiberglass. I started my first job there. I went to school with his younger sister Susan and through her became good friends with there Brother Bill. I remember being so afraid to go up and ask Mr Dupree for a job. I can't say I was and honor student in his Spanish class. But I got up the courage and went up and asked him. To my surprise he hired me. Since that he had taught me so much. He has taught me never judge a book by its cover. That all people have self worth and there is good in everyone. He taught me a work ethic I stand strong on today it has take me far in the world. But most of all he taught me how to be a friend!. Some people come and go in our life but true friendship is eternal and ever present. Louie you will always be in my memories and my heart, I await the day I can here you play your guitar again and her about your experiences in heaven rest in peace my dear friend. Russell Johnson
