On Monday, April 15, 2024, God called home Tony L. Marshall.

Tony will have a memorial service on April 27, 2024, at noon @ St. Marks Deliverance, 3801 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23701.

The family will be accepting guests, at 3816 Fleet Court, Portsmouth, VA, starting Wednesday, April 24, through Friday, April 26, each day after 6 pm.
