HAYWARD- Otis C. Hayward, Sr., a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on April 15, 2024. Funeral service will be held 11AM on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Renewed Life Ministries, 3848 St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32207. Mr. Hayward's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 4-7PM at THE CHURCH. Arrangements entrusted to THE MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L.
