Obituary For Elaine Osborne Glover

Mrs. Elaine Osborne Glover, a native of Jefferson County, Georgia was born on December 13, 1965, to the parentage of the late Frank Osborne and Ada Van Osborne.

At an early age she joined Woodlawn Baptist Church then later found a new home at Canaan Galilee Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Robert Stokes.

She departed this life on April 7, 2024 at the Emanuel County Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents and one aunt Mrs. Bernice Hunley.

Public viewing will be held Friday, April 12, 2024 from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Davis Funeral Home.

Celebration of life will be held, Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Canaan Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, Hwy 1 N Louisville, GA. Interment will be held in the Spring Bethel Benevolent Society Cemetery.

Survivors include her loving husband Sammie John Glover-Swainsboro, GA; children: Kelvin Osborne, Louisville GA, Frederick (Vernettia) Osborne, Stillmore, GA, Patrick (Shanta Cooper) Lodge, Wadley, GA, Shareka Osborne, Swainsboro, GA, Shaunita Smith, Swainsboro, GA, Hoyt (Dinedra) Hollins, Swainsboro GA, Tierra Glover, John Glover, Swainsboro, GA; one brother: Arthur Wade Osborne, Swainsboro, GA; three sisters-in-law: Bernice Wilson, Doctors Inlet, Florida, Betty Glover, Swainsboro, GA, Tequila Wadley, Atlanta, GA; one brother-in-law: Johnny Glover, Augusta, GA; two aunts, Susie (Roosevelt) Atkins, Louisville, GA, Minister Tressie (David) Jenkins, Augusta, GA, one uncle: Cleveland (Betty) Seaford, Blythe, GA: eleven grandchildren; one God daughter: Shaniya Williams, Swainsboro, GA; two special cousins: Alicia (Leartica) Bynes, Louisville, GA; Kehaun (Brian) Gibbons, Ellenwood, GA A host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
