On Friday, March 29, 2024, Daniel C. Rodgers affectionately known as Deloc, was called home suddenly to be with the Lord.

Deloc viewing will be on April 12, 2024, from 5 PM TO 7 PM, here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, located at 3950 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, Virginia 23701, and followed by a celebration of life on April 13, 2024, at noon, located at New Mt.Olivet Baptist Church, 1000 County Street, Portsmouth, Va 23704.
