Spartanburg, SC -- Edward Dewone Burris was introduced into this world on January 26, 1979 and was escorted home on Sunday, February 8, 2015 by God’s Archangel. He was the son of Shirley Burris and the late Edward Artison. Edward was reared in Spartanburg, SC. As we celebrate his voyage, left to treasure fond and loving memories are: his children, Jo’Quawn Brown, Cheyanne Burris, Malachi Littlejohn and Gabriel Burris; his brothers, Anthony B. Burris, Fredrick J. Burris, James D. Artison, Christopher Foote and Geoffray Artison all of Spartanburg, SC; his sisters, Makisha Burris, Catasha Burris and Judy Artison all of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends. A Celebration of the Life of Edward Dewone Burris will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at New Faith International Church, 136 Ark Main St.,(Arkwright Community) Spartanburg, SC.
