Ms. Sylvester β€œTootsie” Collins, 83, was born on June 12, 1940 to Solomon Collins & Corine Thomas - Collins in Learned, MS. She passed away March 20, 2024 in Byram, MS.

Public visitation will be held on Friday March 29, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Westhaven Funeral Home, 3580 Robinson Rd. Jackson, MS 39209

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 30, 2024, 2:00 p.m., New Horizion Church International, 1770 Ellis Ave. Jackson, MS 39204. Burial will be held in Garden Memorial Park Cemetery, 8001 Highway 49 N. Jackson, MS 39209
