Evangelist Debra Lowe was love and encouragement personified. I cannot recall an interaction with Debra where she was not showing love and/or uplifting those around her. She held the ability to do this with poise and elegance. I will also never forget her amazing singing voice and her singing the Thomas Whitfield version of Go Tell it on The Mountain with Power and Conviction. Debra was used to show The Glory of God while here on Earth and now this beautiful flower has been picked and her legacy will forever declare The Glory of God. Rest well Evangelist!!! - Elder Chris Graves

Debra was a co-worker of mine from years ago when we worked at Rockingham County Mental Health. I remember her as being kind, incredibly optimistic and someone who loved to laugh. May she rest well knowing she had a positive impact on all those she came in contact with and that she lived a life which shall be remembered fondly by those of us left behind. My prayer is that God will comfort all who knew and loved her not only today but in all the days to come.
