Tara Capel Hope, 52 of Greensboro, NC passed Thursday, March 7, 2024. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Hargett Funeral Services, 905 East Market St., Greensboro, NC 27401 with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery, 1550 NC 62, High Point, NC. 27263.
Tara Capel Hope, the daughter of the late Bennie Capel Perry and Robert Falls was born February 23, 1972 in Bronx, NY. She later returned to North Carolina with her mother, where she made her home.
Tara transitioned to her heavenly home on March 7,2024 unexpectedly, yet peacefully in her sleep.
Tara was educated in Guilford County and was currently a Home Health Aid for a Group Home.
Tara was also preceded in death one brother, Darryl Falls, several aunts, uncles and one special uncle, Floyd W. Caple, Jr.
Tara leaves to cherish her memories: one son; Rashawn Caple, two daughters; Jasmine Caple and Deericka Lipscomb both of Greensboro, NC. A devoted stepfather; Lee Perry, Jr., two brothers; Anthony Capel of Greensboro, NC, Pastor Deneal McNair (Lynn) of Asheboro, NC, sister; Evangelist Denise Woodbury of Mt. Airy, NC, sister in law; Angela Falls of Atlanta, GA, special grandson; Jo’siyah Lipscomb Hope, two granddaughters; Anadia Lipscomb and grandson; Juelz Lawson of Greensboro, NC, three aunts; Doretha Brown of Chicago, IL, Pamela Caple of High Point, NC and Netta Martindale of Greensboro, NC with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, along with a special niece, Kadin McNair.
