OAKLAND, CA-- Mr. Hiram Douglass Hall, 40, of 734 39Blvd., Oakland, CA, passed on Monday morning, May 27, 2013 at his home. Hiram was the son of Mr. James D. Hall, Sr. and the late Mrs. Linda Jean Smith Hall. He was a native of Spartanburg County.Survivors include in addition to his father; his brothers, James D. Hall, Jr. and Kenny F. G. Hall of Spartanburg, SC.Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 1:00pm at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel.The family will receive friends at the home of his father, Mr. James D.
