COLUMBUS, NC-- Ernest Cyoka Lee Ferguson, 56, of 633 Walker Street, Columbus, NC, peacefully entered rest on Sunday, May 12, 2013, at the Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills of Landrum, SC. Ernest was a native of Spartanburg County; he was the son of Ernest Mullins and Ruby Lee Ferguson.Mr. Ferguson was the husband of Mrs. Gwennette Rice Ferguson.Survivors include: his devoted wife; his sons, Kendric Rice Ferguson, Ernest Cyoka Lee Scott and Timothy Jerome Scott; his brothers, Donald and Jackie Ferguson; his sisters, Tina Ferguson, Annie (Jerry) Kerns, Billie Ann (Franklin) Fowler; nine grandchildren; other dear relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 17, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at the John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel.
