Funeral service for Lena Sutton, 89, of Auburn, AL, will be at 12:00 noon, Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 1535 West Farmville Road, Auburn, AL, 36830 with interment in Westview Cemetery, 700 Westview Drive, Auburn, AL, 36830.

Mrs. Sutton, who passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama, was born March 21, 1934, in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.

Public viewing will be Friday, February 23, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Mrs. Sutton will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory: one daughter, Debbie (Richard) Vaughn of Auburn, AL; three grandchildren, Richard Jefferson Vaughn, Stephen Alexander Vaughn and Kayla Ayana Vaughn all of Auburn, AL; one brother, Willie Joe (Rose) Patterson of Charlotte, NC; a host of nieces and other friends.
