Miriam Smith Thompson was born in Gaston County, NC on September 5, 1966 to the late Frank and Mazaline Nash Smith. She transitioned from her earthly home on Friday; February 16, 2024 at Woodlawn Haven in Mt. Holly, NC.

No public viewing at the funeral home.

Funeral on Saturday; February 24, 2024 at New St. Paul Holiness Church, Mt. Holly at 1:00 p.m. with a thirty minute visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Miriam became our family member(niece) while young at heart with a loving and genuine spirit. Memories of times shared with her will remain etched in our hearts and minds forever. Her beautiful smile and unselfish nature drew people to her. The Lord has given peace,comfort and rest to one of his angels. I've never met Miriam Thompson but she is my doppelganger (a person that looks like you). Her smile is just beautiful and her eyes sh. Shine with a good spirit. I'm very sorry for your family's loss.
