Mignon, heartfelt prayers and condolences to you and your family. I will definitely miss seeing your mother at your hair salon sitting in her favorite spot! She always looked beautiful and was very kind. Your mom was very easy to talk with and had great concern when I had to cross the busy street to get to my car. Mignon, she loved you so much, especially when you would be cutting up while working. Rest on Mrs. Seay, for God sure has picked a beautiful flower! Paulette Mullins-Carter
