Victor Davis Harrison, 63, born in Harrisburg, PA. He was the beloved son of the late Ruby L. Harrison and Mervyn R. Johnson, Sr.
Victor's educational journey led him through the Harrisburg School District and he furthered his studies in the art of medicine at Harrisburg Area Community College. In 1977, he answered the call to serve his country and joined the US Navy, receiving an Honorable discharge.
He attended the First Baptist Church of Edgemont where he was baptized.
Throughout his diverse career, Victor excelled in various fields. He was a professional high-rise window cleaner, skilled electrician and talented painter. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own business in the commercial construction cleaning industry, leaving a lasting mark on the community he served.
Victor's legacy is beautifully woven into the tapestry of his family. He shared many years of unwavering companionship with his devoted life partner, Princetta Kimbrough. Together, they navigated life's journey hand in hand.
Victor Davis Harrison was not only a dedicated and hardworking individual but also a truly compassionate soul. His commitment to his work was matched only by his unwavering support for his family, always extending a helping hand when they needed him most. Victor's generosity knew no bounds and his selfless nature left an in-erasable mark on the lives of those around him. A kind and gentle spirit, he radiated warmth and love, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. Victor's passions included the serenity of fishing, the beauty of horses and a deep connection with animals. These pursuits reflected his appreciation for nature and the simple joys of life. His legacy as a caring, generous and kind-hearted individual will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He peacefully departed this life on January 31, 2024 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA.
He is survived by his children, Gelevia Williams, Jermaine Kimbrough, Arvin Long, Alexis Long, Jasmin Long and the late Joshua Kimbrough. Victor is also remembered by his sister, Mozella V. Garfield; brother, William N. Harrison; 9 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

Victor's life will be celebrated at 12 Noon on Friday, February 16, 2024 in the Chapel of The Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with viewing and visitation from 11:00 a.m. until 12 Noon and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery.
