Her price is far above rubies, which are rare,
She must be handled with extreme care.

Eula Mae Somerville, age 93, of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Warrenton, NC departed this life on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Maria Parham Health in Henderson, North Carolina.

A celebration of life for Mrs. Somerville will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM at United Solid Rock Faith Ministries 1020 US Hwy 158 Bus. West, Norlina, NC. Bishop Moore H. Bynum, Pastor will officiate and Bishop J. Terrell Alston will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her children: Joyce Kearney (Cliston), Valeria Hargrove (Allen), Cora Lewis, Sharon Brown (Robert), Angelia Somerville, and Annetta Jordan (Ronald); three siblings, Betty Smith, Larry Brown (Genene), and Lauretta Brown; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild; one special cousin, Laura Mae Davis; one adopted son and daughter, Thomas Williams and Carrie Sneed, who were dear to her heart; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, from 1:00PM-6:00PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services.
