Classie Tosha Garner, 52, of Knoxville, TN went to be with the lord on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Her joy for her family and others was something to be admired by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents Lilia Norries and Manuel Garner. She is survived by her daughter Raven Dyer, son Xzavier Garner and sister LaSheen Smith.
