One of my favorite memories would be walking over to her house with my friend(her granddaughter)and everytime we arrived she was sitting on the porch or coming to the door with candy. We would go inside and talk to her about anything we had going on or sit on the porch while we ate the candy, but no matter how tired she was or feeling down she had a smile on her face and was always so welcoming. She continued to stay in contact with me after the years and always supported me in anything I did. She was most definitely a one of a kind and had such a beautiful soul. She will be so greatly missed by me and so many more, may she rest in peace now.
