Obituary For Robert Derr

Mr. Robert Clint “Lightning” Derr age 71, of Denver, North Carolina transitioned on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Catawba Valley Medical Center, Hickory, North Carolina.

He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on May 29, 1952 to the late Mary Edith Derr. He attended St. James United Methodist Church.

Funeral Service is Sunday, January 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in White’s Family Chapel with burial to follow in Fancy Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service. There will be a public viewing on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the funeral home from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
