The Yvonne E. Milliner-Bowsky Elementary School's administrative, faculty and staff would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family of Dr. Fred Primm, Jr. on his passing. Dr. Primm graced us with his presence the day before his passing and even though it was brief, we looked forward to working with him again because he made a positive impact on our administrative team. We were deeply saddened to learn of his passing. Know that you all are in our prayers. Remember Psalms 121 which states that your help cometh from the Lord. Dear Mrs. Primm, Words fail to convey the profound sympathy I feel for you, your daughter, Fred's mom, brother, and your entire family. The connection my husband and I shared with Fred spans many decades, from our roles as school superintendents to being among the seven founders of AL-ABSE. Fred's excellence and greatness left an indelible mark. Editing his dissertation and cultivating a lifelong friendship were privileges that I hold dear. The void left by Fred's absence is immeasurable, and he will be deeply missed. Please consider me a steadfast presence, just a phone call away for anything you may need.
