Funeral service for Timothy Harris, 49, of Opelika, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 19, 2024, at Bethel No. 1 Missionary Baptist Church, 2324 Double Hill Road, Opelika, AL, 36801 with interment in Evergreen Cemetery, 1409 Monroe Avenue, Opelika, AL, 36801, Reverend Kenneth Coleman will officiate.
Mr. Harris, who passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024 in Opelika, Alabama, was born July 28, 1974, in Chambers County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Harris will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.
He leaves to cherish his memory: son, Laderious (Shabreanna) Harris of Opelika, AL; three grandchildren, Laderious Heard, Lakingston Heard and Lapris Heard all of Opelika, AL; mother, Faye Evans Lockhart of Opelika, AL; four brothers, James Menefee, Lemarcus (Kawandra) Harris both of Opelika, AL, Charles (Michelle) Graves of Montgomery, AL and Stanley (Alice) Harris of Dadeville, AL; two sisters, Charlotte Harris of Phenix City, AL and Kewanna Johnson of Opelika, AL; three aunts, Lula Mae Glaze, Deborah (Mike) Sanders and Hazel Dowdell all of Opelika, AL; two uncles, John (Annie Doris) Harris of Auburn, AL and Nathan (Reena) Evans of Opelika, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
