A graduate of Lamar County High School, Felicie Suzette O'Neal Dumas continued her education at Fort Valley State University. She then furthered her education at Flint River Technical College, receiving a diploma in Business. She later received an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Felicie Suzette O'Neal Dumas accepted Christ at an early age and joined the East Mount Sinai Baptist Church under the pastoral leadership of the late Reverend K. D. Williams.
Felicie Suzette O'Neal was joined in holy matrimony with Kendrick Demond Dumas on February 23, 2008.
