Frederick Alexander Jones, 87, of Henrico departed this life January 8, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Cora B. Jones. Surviving are his wife, Celeste C. Jones; two daughters, LaVerne Logan and DeAundria Jones; two grandsons, Emmanuel Logan and Jaedon Jones; one granddaughter, Shaunah Smyre; one sister, Edna Jones; a host of nieces and nephews; one devoted niece and nephew, Debra and William Cain; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Bishop Joseph E. Armstrong, III, officiating, Rev. Clyde T. Nelson, eulogist.
