Obituary For Mr. John Leonard Davis

Mr. John Davis departed this earthly life January 12, 2024, at his home with his loving wife. John was born on November 10, 1949, in Mullins, SC. to the late William Davis and Maebelle Leonard.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Ruby Davis of the home; four sons, Adrain Little of Greensboro, NC, Everette Bennett (Charlene), Anthony Bennett (Loetta), Timothy Bennett (Ethel), two daughters, Angela Clinton (Kimbrey) and Theresa Payne (Keith), all of High Point, NC; nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; four sisters, Bobbie J. Johnson (Cletis) of High Point, NC., Eloise West, Versie Mae Davis and Aiko Jackson all of High Point, NC; he also leaves to cherish his memory a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends who adored him.

Funeral service will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at First Emmanuel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Garden. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.
