I am sad to find this out all this time later. Prayers for her family as they approach 1 year. I worked with this special and beautiful soul for 22 years. Her laugh will be remembered forever. I sure would have embraced her grand babies who grew up in the office with my own son. Rest well my dear friend. We will all miss your smile.

Genesa and I first met at 96th Street Elementary School. Her grandmother and mother were also members of Inspired Temple COGIC where my Father was the PASTOR, so she was also there everytime the church door opened just like me. Our connection continued through Markham Jr. High and Jordan High School...Genesa became one of my closest friends our connection rekindled at a JHS reunion event and we kept in contact speaking frequently...I will miss my childhood sister...Sending PRAYERS,LOVE and Support to her son, husband and the rest of the FAMILY🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽🌹

Genny was my sister in every way. For over 60 years we shared in each others lives. We regularly talked about everything from children to church. Her love of life and people was infectious. She loved her family unconditionally but her love for God was unsurpassed. Genny you will missed, you will never be forgotten and you will always be loved!!💐🪽❤️

Heaven has gained another angel. She was one of the sweetest kindest people I have ever met. Always smiling, always laughing and never had anything negative to say about anyone or anything. Was glad I got the chance to catch up with her recently as it had been awhile since we worked together. Prayers and much love to her family in this difficult time. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Mama Jenny loved Donnie, her grandchildren and great grandchildren but the love didn't stop there she loved everyone that she came into contact with. She always had a positive word to give you from the Lord ! I never heard her speak a negative word! No more pain Mama Jenny you've earned your wings ! #Fly High

This was my MaMa she always treated me like her daughter and I knew she truly loved me. She stepped up when my MaMa passed and was always there for me. This hurts deeply and I cannot express how much I am going to miss her, the hugs, the laughter, the love. Continue to rest on my sweet angel gone but never forgotten. NoNo
