Rev. Eddie Vaughn Pettway, who hailed from Prichard, Alabama, passed away on December 24, 2023. A funeral service will be conducted at Words of Faith, which is located at 5719 Garner Rd SW in Mableton, GA 30126, on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 1:00 pm. The service will be followed by interment at Mountain View Park Cemetery, which is situated at 410 Whitlock Ave NW in Marietta, GA 30064. May he rest in peace.

I am from Versailles , Kentucky. I was a friend of Rev. Pettway and am sorry to learn of his passing. He and I kept in touch over the years. I knew him when we both worked for Lexmark and he came to Lexington. I always found him sincere and strong in his beliefs! He will be missed by me and in my thoughts while I am still here.
