Obituary For Hosea Lee

( January 3, 1944 --December 6, 2023)

TYLER--The service of remembrance for Mr. Hosea Lee, 79, is scheduled for Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 10 am in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Elder Bobby Walker Sr., eulogist under the direction of John R Harmon Undertaking Company.

Mr. Lee was born on January 3, 1944 in Smith County to the late Isaiah and Daisy Smith Lee and transition on December 6, 2023 at Rose Trail Nursing Facility.

Mr.Lee was a graduate of Emmett J Scott High School Class of 1962 and a member of Jackson Springhill Baptist Church. He was a TV Repair Technician and also worked as a Mechanic for Gossett Garage. Mr. Lee was a resident of both Tarrant County and Smith County. He served in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his spouse: Jacqueline Smith Lee; son: Baby Boy Lee; daughter: Shenecqua Lee; brothers: Ralph, Melvin and Thomas Lee; sister: Julia Shaw; son-in-law: John Wesley Horton; nephew: Louis Scott.

His memory will be cherished in the hearts of son: Hosea Lee of Arlington, Texas; daughters: Tonya Lee Johnson, Shewanna Lee Smith (Marquis) both of Tyler, Texas, Gequetta Lee Horton of Huntsville, Texas; sister: Daisy M McKellar of Bullard, Texas; ten grand chiildren, nine great grand children, and a host of nieces, nephews, other children and friends.
